Tanya has a successful track record in advising clients on acquisitions that gain art-historical and financial importance over time.

She negotiates purchases of individual works and builds collections for new and experienced collectors and corporations.

Education and Research
Before purchasing works, she educates clients on their art-historical significance. She identifies emerging artists before their widespread recognition in the market. For historical works, she researches the importance of the work within the artist’s oeuvre, along with its provenance and condition.
Analysis
She provides information on market trends, analyzes the potential for appreciation of individual works or bodies of work within an oeuvre, and supports her recommendations with database research.
Collection Management
She offers introductions to experts in the fields of framing, packing, shipping, delivery, installation, storage, insurance, collection-related tax and estate planning, appraisal and conservation.
Confidentiality and Discretion
She protects anonymity when preferred, or helps build visibility when desired. She is careful to avoid conflicts of interest.
Relationships
She cultivates relationships with key galleries, dealers and other collectors on behalf of clients. She builds and maintains relationships with curators and institutions for loans and donations.
Art Education

Over 15 years of experience in identifying emerging artists who have achieved widespread market, critical and curatorial recognition, and in acquiring American and European Modern and Post-war artworks.
Art Fair Consulting and Education
Lead VIP groups as well as corporate and museum affiliate groups through fairs including Art Basel Miami Beach, The Armory Show and Frieze.
Curatorial Services
Worked alongside the chief curator to acquire and install permanent art collections on new building projects for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the tri-state area, including the Josie Robertson Surgery Center in Manhattan and both MSK Monmouth and MSK Bergen in New Jersey.
